1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Connect-ISP platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Connect-ISP is a multi-tenant hotspot billing and management platform designed for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and hotspot operators in Uganda and East Africa. The platform provides tools for voucher management, mobile money payments, network monitoring, and captive portal customisation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at connectisp90@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Each tenant account is isolated; you may not access or interfere with another tenant’s data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Ugandan law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its infrastructure.
• Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content through the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.
• Use the platform to facilitate fraud or money laundering.

5. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your chosen plan. All payments are processed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) via mobile money or other approved methods. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data necessary to provide the Service, including session logs, MAC addresses, and payment records. Tenant data is isolated and not shared with other tenants. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using the Service you consent to this data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content forming part of the Connect-ISP platform are the intellectual property of Connect-ISP. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that endangers the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect-ISP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
